Noodles

After our foray into the deep snow, we decided on a hot lunch. I was chastised when I tried to make pasta, not noodles. So, we cooked up a batch of buckwheat soba noodles (from Trader Joes) and topped them with soy sauce, tahini, seasame oil, and rice vinegar all mixed together in a soupy sauce. While cooking, we indulged in mandarin oranges and grapes. When the noodles were finally done, she ate them all and asked for more.

Snow

We received our first snowfall this morning, there was approximately .0000010 of an inch on the ground from 9:30-10:30 a.m. The Baroness jumped on the chance to wear her new pink snowsuit and pink boots. She insisted we clean the car with the brush and we also spent a lot of time looking at the lack of snow in the yard.
