Noodles



After our foray into the deep snow, we decided on a hot lunch. I was chastised when I tried to make pasta, not noodles. So, we cooked up a batch of buckwheat soba noodles (from Trader Joes) and topped them with soy sauce, tahini, seasame oil, and rice vinegar all mixed together in a soupy sauce. While cooking, we indulged in mandarin oranges and grapes. When the noodles were finally done, she ate them all and asked for more.
