Today is Sunday and Dad took time off from school so we could all visit Borobudur Temple- one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It was really amazing. There are three levels, each representing a different stage in life. The Temple boasts over 500 Buddha statues and possibly just as many trinket sellers right outside the gates.

The whole family on the top level of the Temple. The highest level represents enlightenment. The top is circular, with bell shapes covering Buddha statues arranged in a circular pattern of eights (a lucky number). The center is a solid bell, no Buddha inside.
