Petting Zoo

Sunday we spent a few hours at a family event in a local park. There were games, pony rides, an owl show, a petting zoo and a bouncy castle to experience. She loved the bouncy castle and had to be forcibly removed by her father at the end of the session. She also enjoyed the petting zoo, especially the rabbits and the sheep. The pony rides and owl show were deemed uninteresting, but the Baroness did go three rounds at the fishing game to win tiny prizes.

Dogs

Saturday afternoon our apartment had a bbq for the residents. Despite the cold weather, the Baroness ran around in her socks and danced on the table with her pal D. who also had roseola this week. She had an opportunity to "walk" a friend's grandmother's dog. Despite being tired, hungry and cold, she cried when the dog went home for dinner.

Recovery

Turns out she had roseola, a childhood virus that is common in kids under three. She was all recovered by Saturday and we went to a friend's birthday party.
