Knitting

Ever since Aunt K. and I (mom) went to the New York State Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck, NY, I've had knitting on the brain. I purchased this yarn at the festival and have made two umbilical cord hats and a pair of baby pants. I don' t like the striping so much on the baby pants, but think the pattern looks good on the hats.

Last Sunday we went to Mystic, CT with mom's Aunt K., Uncle T. Cousin D. and their friend R. for a 5.5 mile road race. Everyone but mom and the Baroness ran in the race. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the lovely setting.
